How can therapy help?

I live, work and learn on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people, whose deep relationship with this Country continues to teach and guide us. I honour their enduring care for the lands, waters and all living beings. I hold deep respect for the depth and continuity of First Nations somatic wisdom, community wellbeing and mindfulness lineages. I acknowledge the ongoing trauma and displacement caused by colonisation. I support First Nations sovereignty and Land Back, and strive to embody practices of respect, reciprocity and repair in my life and work.

A minimum 10% of my weekly income goes to Pay the Rent and global mutual aid campaigns for land back and First Nations sovereignty.
